- The item must be unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.

3. Non-Refundable Products
We do not offer refunds for the following:
- Customized or made-to-order items (e.g., tailored suits, embroidered belts)
- Hyppe Vape products due to hygiene and safety concerns
- Products returned after the 7-day eligibility period
- Items damaged due to misuse or wear and tear
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the item and its packaging
- We will assess the issue and offer a refund, repair, or replacement as applicable

Once your return is approved:

- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Please allow 7–10 business days for the amount to reflect, depending on your payment provider
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error
- Use a trackable shipping method; we are not responsible for lost return shipments
7. Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement. After that, if the item is already in production or shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
